Camper Cancellations
In the event a camper needs to cancel, the following refund policy will apply:
Within 30 days of registration - 100% refund
After 30 days from registration and before June 28 - 70% refund
Between June 28 and July 28 (day before summer camp begins) - 50% refund
Camper cancellation after July 28 - No Refunds or Credit
Camper refuses to comply with Policies and/or camper demonstrates disruptive or unacceptable behavior. No Refunds or Credit.

Registrations
Registrations can be made online any time. Early registration is recommended for all summer camps. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full. All camps have both a minimum and maximum enrollment. If a minimum number of campers are not enrolled one week prior to the start of each camp, Art Seed Studio reserves the right to cancel the camp and will issue a 100% refund.
Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received and class enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is complete when Art Seed Studio receives full payment. No confirmations will be sent in the mail. An email, mailing address, and phone number are required at the time of registration.
Art Seed Studio will send an email with camp confirmation and informational packet for all sessions that includes forms to be filled out before the first day of camp.
Right to Withdraw

The directors of Art Seed Studio reserve the right, at their discretion, to withdraw Participant(s) whose influence or actions are deemed unsatisfactory, dangerous or incompatible to the values of Art Seed Studio. If this occurs, no return of fee, or any part thereof will be made. Using profanity, disparaging dialogues, abusive behavior, physical violence or threats and violations of any applicable laws during participation at Art Seed Studio is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, Participants are prohibited from bringing or using all tobacco products, alcohol and drugs of any kind.
Right to Cancel Event: Art Seed Studio reserves the right to cancel any the sessions due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather or a Force Nature (events such as war, riots, fires, floods, national security orders, instructions from local authorities, etc). In the event of cancellation of the entire event with no alternate days/times to attend, all Participants will receive a full refund or will be given the opportunity to donate some or part of the refund to Art Seed Studio.

Make-up classes and Substitute Instructors: Students missing sessions by their own choice will not receive a make-up class, refund, or credit.
Art Seed Studio reserves the right to substitute instructors of equal caliber, if necessary.
Lost Property- Art Seed Studio is not responsible for artwork and other property left on the premises, and has no liability if such property is stolen, damaged or lost.
Photographs screenshots, videos, and/or interviews may be taken of students, children, and parents, and their artwork, and may be published and used to promote Art Seed Studio programs. If you do not want yourself, your child, or your child’s artwork photographed, please notify Angie at create@artseedstudio.com
Art materials for the camp art activities are provided. During outdoor activities, towels, sunscreen, a change of clothes and a labeled water bottle will be requested from home..
TERMS OF REGISTRATION
By registering, you agree to the contents herein including following statement: In consideration of the benefit for which I, or my child, will derive from these activities, I hereby release Art Seed Studio, Prallsville Mills, staff, parents, and any other affiliated individuals associated with Art Seed Studio from any and all claims or actions whatsoever in connection with the operation and supervision of these activities. I understand that Art Seed Studio does not have an onsite nurse or any other medical professional. Staff members will not administer medications and do not have the ability to monitor medical conditions. In the event of an emergency, the Art Seed Studio staff will seek outside medical assistance. Nuts and nut products are not permitted during camp, and the camp uses non-toxic art supplies for kids’ studio classes; however, Art Seed Studio does not guarantee that it is an allergen-free facility. In the event that I cannot be contacted and the person that I have designated cannot be contacted, or in the event of an emergency where there is not sufficient time to contact me or my designee, I hereby authorize Art Seed Studio’s staff to act on my behalf with regard to medical treatment of myself or my child. Without limitation, I authorize transportation and medical treatment for me or my child. I understand that the staff of Art Seed Studio will make every effort to contact me, or my emergency contact, during an emergency. My child has permission to take part in all activities at Art Seed Studio. In addition to activities that take place on Prallsville Mills grounds, I give my child permission to take walking tours off Prallsville Mill’s grounds under the supervision of Art Seed Studio staff.
Financial Aid:
We understand the cost of Art Seed Studio is out of reach for some and that families might require a payment plan. We offer both financial assistance and payment plans to any family that needs it. We don’t ask a lot of questions, we simply ask that if you need financial assistance, you reach out to Angie at create@artseedstudio.com or 201-341-3225
