Week 2-Welcome to the Jungle!

Description

Explore Henri Rousseau’s lush jungle imagery and create life-size imaginative stories and artworks.  Students will collaborate to protect a precious resource in a glowing rainforest. Through a one-week camp experience, participants develop narrative skills, teamwork, and artistic techniques using drawing, painting, and sculpture. The week emphasizes environmental stewardship and the power of creative problem-solving. The activities will culminate with an installation created by each camper as we transform our art studio into a vibrant and beautiful jungle!
